BIGHORN is a private residential golf community in California that is regularly named among the top private clubs in the country. The property features two golf courses, an 80,000 square foot Clubhouse, Spa & Wellness center, Steak House and five casual restaurants, among many other amenities.

Challenges

  • High selectivity reduced targeting to a smaller potential audience.
